Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Without limitation, KeySkip disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeySkip LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to the Services, including but not limited to data loss, data corruption, security breaches, service interruptions, inaccuracies, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You are solely responsible for the data you provide. KeySkip does not guarantee data integrity, retention, or confidentiality. You assume all risk of data loss, exposure, or leakage. You are responsible for any backups and for complying with applicable data laws.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KeySkip LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your data, or your breach of these Terms.
You waive any right to participate in class or representative actions and waive any right to a jury trial. Any dispute must be brought in your individual capacity only.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue for disputes is Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
KeySkip may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason or no reason. Upon termination you must cease use of the Services.
KeySkip may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version governs.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KeySkip regarding the Services and supersede any prior understandings.
